Four Seasons Preferred Partner: What It Is, How It Works, and Where to Stay

Four Seasons Preferred Partner is the hotel brand's preferred travel advisor program. Participating advisors can book clients at any of the 139 Four Seasons properties worldwide with benefits that are added to the reservation at no additional cost beyond the publicly available rate. The program is designed for travelers who want the consistency of Four Seasons renowned hospitality combined with the guidance, property knowledge, and pre-arrival advocacy of a dedicated advisor.
We have written about how the Preferred Partner program compares to Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts in detail. Read that comparison here. We have also explored why these perks matter beyond breakfast. This article focuses on something different: what the program includes, which properties we recommend, and the room selection advice that comes from knowing the hotels.
What the Program Includes: Current 2026 Benefits
A Four Seasons Preferred Partner booking includes the following benefits at every participating property, with no minimum stay requirement:
Daily breakfast for two per bedroom, every morning of the stay. Breakfast can be taken in the hotel restaurant or as in-room dining, a flexibility that Amex FHR and Virtuoso do not offer.
One-category room upgrade subject to availability. While not guaranteed, we can often secure upgrades in advance of arrival through our pre-arrival communication with the property.
$100 property credit per stay for guest rooms, or $200 property credit for suites. The credit applies to dining, spa treatments, and on-property experiences, once per stay.
Priority early check-in and priority late checkout, subject to availability.
Welcome amenity on arrival.
VIP recognition throughout the stay.
The Preferred Partner rate equals the rate published on fourseasons.com. You do not pay more for booking through Vantage Voyages. You receive more for the same price.
What Sets Preferred Partner Apart
The benefits list is only part of the value. Three things distinguish a Preferred Partner booking from booking direct or through a credit card program:
Pre-arrival advocacy. We contact the Four Seasons property before you arrive to communicate your preferences, requests, and trip context. The hotel knows who you are and what matters to you before you check in.
Room selection guidance. We know which room categories to request, which wings to avoid, and whether a renovation might affect your stay. This is knowledge that comes from visiting the properties and maintaining direct relationships with hotel teams.
Rate and promotion comparison. We compare the Preferred Partner rate against available promotions, package rates, and alternative booking channels to determine which option offers the best overall value for your specific trip.
Recommended Properties and Room Selection Advice
Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris

The George V is one of the most iconic palace hotels in Paris, located on Avenue George V in the Golden Triangle, steps from the Champs-Elysees. The hotel has 244 rooms including 59 suites, with some of the largest guest room footprints in Paris. It holds six Michelin stars across three restaurants, including the three-star Le Cinq.

Room selection advice:
Premier Rooms offer the best value. They provide more generous square footage and better natural light than Superior Rooms, making them ideal for longer stays.
Terrace Suites are the choice when an Eiffel Tower outlook is the reason for the stay. The Premier Suite's bedroom opens onto a private balcony with Eiffel Tower views, and the living area opens onto a large terrace.
Skip Superior Rooms that are the entry category and do not include outdoor access.
The Eiffel Parisian Suite is ideal for families: it connects to two bedrooms and offers over 2,400 square feet, 230 square meters, of total living space with landscaped terraces and Eiffel Tower views.
The Penthouse Suite is the hotel's most coveted address, with Eiffel Tower views across three private terraces.
When to book: Book 6 to 9 months ahead for June through September. The hotel is busiest during Paris Fashion Week (late June and late September) and the weeks surrounding Bastille Day.
Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens

Astir Palace is a beach resort on the Athenian Riviera, set on a 75-acre peninsula in Vouliagmeni, 30 minutes from Athens city center and 30 minutes from the airport. It was voted 17th best hotel in the world in the World's 50 Best Hotels 2025 and has been awarded three Michelin keys. The property has two distinct buildings: Arion, an adults-only wing, and Nafsika, which welcomes families.
Room selection advice:
For families: Book a ground-floor Beach Suite in the Nafsika building. The ground floor gives children direct access to the family pool, private beach, and kids' club through sliding glass doors. The Nafsika building is the family-oriented wing.
For couples: Book in the Arion wing, which is adults-only and has access to the adults-only infinity pool and a quieter spa area.
Rates start around $600 for a Nafsika sea-view room, with Beach Suites significantly higher.
The property has multiple restaurants, a private beach, and an extensive spa. Many guests do not leave the property during their stay.
When to book: Book 6 months ahead for July and August. May, June, and September offer better weather and fewer crowds.
Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

Hampshire is a restored 18th-century Georgian manor set on 500 acres of parkland, 40 minutes from London. It is one of the most child-friendly luxury hotels in the UK, with the Kids For All Seasons program, three pools, an outdoor playground, an equestrian centre, and a lake. The hotel also offers country pursuits including archery, fly fishing, and clay shooting.

Room selection advice:
For families: Request rooms in the newer wings, which have larger layouts and are closer to the family facilities. The Kids For All Seasons club accepts children from four months old.
For couples: Request a room in the original manor house, which has higher ceilings, sash windows, and more traditional character. Some rooms feature in-room freestanding baths.
The hotel is ideal for a long weekend rather than a full week. Two or three nights is the sweet spot, with day trips to London or the surrounding countryside.
Rooms start around £500 per night.
When to book: Book 3 months ahead for summer weekends and school holidays. The hotel is particularly popular during October half-term and the Christmas season.
The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel (Opening Summer 2027)
The Park Gstaad is Four Seasons' first property in Switzerland, opening in summer 2027 after extensive renovations of the historic hotel that was the first five-star property in Gstaad when it originally opened in 1910. The renovated property will feature 75 rooms and suites including penthouse residences, seven restaurants and lounges, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa with Clinique La Prairie treatments, and an Alpine Lounge with concierge services for winter and summer activities. Interior design is by Joseph Dirand.
Booking advice: The opening has been delayed from the original winter 2026/27 target to summer 2027 due to the scope of the renovation. We recommend expressing interest early, as the first months of a new Four Seasons property typically see very high demand. Contact us to be notified when reservations open.
When to Choose Four Seasons
Four Seasons is the right choice when you need consistency, family programming, and reliable five-star service. The brand is the safest bet in an unfamiliar destination, with 139 properties across 45-plus countries.
Choose Four Seasons for:
Family travel: Kids for All Seasons is the strongest kids' club program in luxury hospitality, accepting children from four months old
Multi-stop itineraries: the brand's consistency means you know what to expect at every property
City stays where you want destination dining: many Four Seasons properties have Michelin-starred restaurants
Milestone trips where reliability matters more than architectural distinction
Consider alternatives when:
You want total seclusion and minimalist design (Aman may be a better fit)
You want hyper-local character and residential feel (Rosewood may be a better fit)
The hotel is simply a place to sleep for one night and added benefits are unnecessary
The Low-Friction Guide
Book 6 to 9 months ahead for peak season at flagship properties (George V Paris, Astir Palace Athens, Hampshire in summer)
Request room categories by name. We can specify the Nafsika building at Astir Palace, a terrace suite at George V, or a manor house room at Hampshire. These details can materially enhance the overall stay.
Suite bookings double the property credit. A Preferred Partner booking in a suite includes a $200 property credit instead of $100, making the upgrade mathematically more compelling at properties with strong spa or dining programs. Some Four Seasons locations offer even greater benefits for residential suites.
Breakfast as in-room dining is a Preferred Partner exclusive. Amex FHR and Virtuoso do not permit breakfast as room service. If you value a quiet morning in your room, this is a meaningful difference.
Ask us about current promotions. Four Seasons periodically makes additional offers available. We verify what is available for your specific dates and property before booking.
